Hearing on Board Bill 109 by 28th Ward Alderwoman Lyda Krewson to establish Missouri Clean Energy District

This is more corporate welfare. Who benefits from current energy improvements financing program administered by St. Louis City’s Clean Energy Development Board? Big developments that are already subsidized by the City benefit. Most recently: Missouri Theater Building (former City Health Department), Crowne Plaza Hotel, and 705 Olive.
