St. Louis Lambert Airport Commission Meeting
Lindbergh Conference Room
Terminal 1, (Ticketing Level)
10701 Lambert International Blvd
City Online Calendar Meeting Notice
Open to the Public
November Meeting Minutes

This meeting’s Agenda includes an Executive Session closed to the public as permitted by…

Section 610.021(14) RSMo: Records which are protected from disclosure by law.

Section 417.453(4) RSMO: “Trade secret”, information, including but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique, or process, that:

(a) Derives independent economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use; and

(b) Is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy.

Is “Trade Secret” related to Rex Sinquefield and Mayor Krewson’s Airport Privatization plan, a plan which has not yet had input by public or Board of Aldermen?

The Mayor’s Selection Committee for Airport Advisory Services in the potential lease of St. Louis Lambert International Airport met five times in December to review consultant Requests For Proposals, interview applicants, and an executive session which, presumably, was to vote on hiring of a consultant.

I have Sunshined, made a request for public information, to find out who the Mayor has hired as consultant on Airport privatization. Unfortunately, the City’s new online Sunshine portal has sent my request to the Public Safety Department instead of Mayor’s Office.

Sadly, the media has not been keeping us informed on this important issue. The most recent media on Lambert Airport Privatization is 10/1/2017 St. Louis Post-Dispatch: St. Louis begins to weigh potential benefits, risks of privatizing Lambert
