2306-08 Menard (Owner/Developer/Architect: Randy Middeke/Killeen Studio) Construction of 2 Detached Single-Family Houses on 3 vacant parcels (no plans submitted for the garages). Cultural Resources asks for some revisions.

Central West End/DeBaliviere Place, 28th Ward
5539 Pershing (Owner/Developer/Architect: Asprient Properties-Rainier One LLC/VE Design Group) – Construct 7-Story Apartment Building on site that is half vacant and half parking lot. The Preservation Board Agenda does not list the Asprient part of the ownership.

It’s likely the project will show up on the Tuesday LCRA Agenda, that will be posted on Monday, for tax abatement.
