Video of 11/12/2019 Airport Privatization Working Group Meeting. 99% of the meeting was closed to the public. This 3 Minute 39 Second video covers a conversation regarding the controversial video produced by Working Group consultants. Primarily speaking on the issue are City Budget Director Paul Payne (front center table) and Mark Ellinger (table on the right), an attorney/consultant for Rex Sinquefield’s Grow Missouri (who is funding the airport privatization process, but gets reimbursed if a privatization deal is made). Note: Most meetings of the Working Group are mostly closed to the public.
Video of 11/06/2019 St. Louis Lambert Airport Commission Meeting. Note: Commission does not have vote/input on Airport Privatization. But Privatization Working Group is required by Board of Aldermen Resolution 220 to provide privatization updates to Commission every 60 days, which Working Group has failed to do.
