Some neighborhoods in St. Louis City are considering placing new sales taxes on the ballot to fund special districts. Soulard is one such neighborhood. The proposed Soulard Community Improvement District would be funded by a sales tax if approved by voters. This would be a ballot by mail.
Sales Taxes are your decision. In order to help make those decisions, you have to be registered to vote and then go to the polls.
You also have to have a Photo ID. If you do not have a Photo ID, please make use of the State’s Free ID and Free documents to get an ID services.
