Chairman of HUDZ Committee, 17th Ward Alderman Joe Roddy, filed Resolution #33: “The Board of Aldermen respectfully request that the St. Louis Development Corporation take the following actions to improve the effectiveness of tax incentives and improve their best practices.” Resolution #33 is finally available online to the public.

Board President Lewis Reed filed Board Bill 11 on Community Benefits Agreements .
