Sunday’s Barkus/Pet Parade Registration Begins 10 am, Parade starts 1 pm- 12th @ Allen. Registration Fee $10. Watching is Free. Barclay returns as Parade Grand Marshal.

This is Soulard Special Business District’s 2018 Budget approved by Board of Aldermen: Note, 2018 Budget included $300,000 for “General Security Provider,” That’s TCF. The Budget also provided $10,000 for “Recognition – TCF Officers.”
