Developers will be on hand to answer questions. The project is set for review by Preservation Board at its November 27th Meeting.

The proposal is for a street level 3 story structure. 1st level consists of about 7000 square feet of retail and the 2nd and 3rd floors will be 16 apartments.

This is the vacant lot east of Fine Art Building housing The Island Frozen Yogurt and LaBerta Cycle. In the 19th Century all of the two City Block blocks, on the northside of Russell between today’s 9th Street and Menard, were a part of Union Park
