A Public Vote on Airport Privatization is also proposed in Board Bill 19 sponsored by 20th Ward Alderwoman Cara Spencer, 6th Ward Alderwoman Christine Ingrassia, 8th Ward Alderwoman Annie Rice, 9th Ward Alderman Dan Guenther, 12th Ward Alderman Larry Arnowitz, and 28th Ward Alderwoman Heather Navarro.

 

A Public Vote on Airport Privatization was proposed in 2018 via Board Bill 93 sponsored by 20th Ward Alderwoman Cara Spencer, 3rd Ward Alderman Brandon Bosley, 6th Ward Alderwoman Christine Ingrassia, 9th Ward Alderman Dan Guenther, 12th Ward Alderman Larry Arnowitz, 24th Ward Alderman Scott Ogilvie, 25th Ward Alderman Shane Cohn, 28th Ward Alderwoman Heather Navarro.

21st Ward Alderman John Collins-Muhammad had been a co-sponsor but voted against it in a meeting of the BOA Transportation Committee, helping kill the proposal for the Board of Aldermen Session ending April 15, 2018. It was a 3-2 vote. Also voting No were Committee Chair and 19th Ward Alderwoman Marlene Davis and 2nd Ward Alderwoman Lisa Middlebrook. Yes votes came from 14th Ward Alderwoman Carol Howard and 23rd Ward Alderman Joe Vaccaro.
